Graves dry white wine
The Château Fleur d’Andoyse vineyard is located in Mazères on a clay and limestone soil and holds the “Vin blanc de Graves sec” Appellation. It is made of 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon over a surface of 2 hectares.
The vines are 30 years old on average.
Harvesting is done by hand and vinification through fermentation inside thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
Ageing lasts 6 months to 1 year.
Château Fleur d’Andoyse produces 10,000 bottles a year.
Each year we select the most precocious sauvignon and sémillon plots to produce this very balanced and slightly sweet wine.
